Shelley's Story
Shelley, originally from Belleville, Cape Town, studied at the University of Stellenbosch where she achieved a BA Degree in Creative Jewellery Design. After working in Hermanus and Cape Town for two years she decided to concentrate her efforts into her own business: Shelley Taylor Jewellery Design.
In the workshop, custom-made pieces are designed and manufactured for individuals according to their specific needs and desires. Precious metals, gems, enamels, some really unconventional mediums, exclusive design and excellent craftsmanship are the key ingredients for the exquisite forms of jewellery created for you.
Keeping the wearer in mind, Shelley strives to produce elegant yet interesting pieces whilst remaining true to her own African spirit.
